I have to make my own chocolates with coconut oil to get my fix. I take sunflower lecithin due to the lack of a gall bladder. I know soy inhibits thyroid hormones. Does soy lecithin inhibit them as well? Just to weigh in on the chocolate issue. It is my absolute favorite chocolate.

I had read somewhere several years ago that Stevia also can effect hormones. But have not been able to find that article. Do you know anything about that? The two of of probably go through about 1 bar per week. Make your own chocolate. I buy raw cocoa from Vitacost. All cocoa beans are dried in the hot sun, but most processing involved much more heat which breaks down many of the good enzymes in the cocoa bean.

Raw cocoa has most of them intact along with even more antioxidants. Yoga Mama the blog has a video recipe for chocolate drops that is raw and instant energy. I supplement with lecithin and use it to make liposomal Vitamin C and glutathione; so I buy only organic sunflower lecithin made without hexane.
