Summer Superfood Salad

For a refreshing treat, try this superfood salad, packed with antioxidants, vitamin b, magnesium, iron, fatty acids, and lots of deliciousness.

Your Ingredients:

2 bunches of dandelion greens washed, dried and torn

12 Kalamata olives, pitted and cut in half.

1 Orange or 10 slices of pineapple cut into segments.

1 Ounce Gogi berries (found at local health food store).

1 Ounce mulberries (found at local health food store).

3 TBS Shelled Hemp Seeds.

1 Sprig of fresh rosemary, minced.

2 TBS extra virgin olive oil to taste.

Paprika to taste.

Place dandelion greens, olives, super-food berries, hemp seeds, and orange in a mixing bowl.  Whisk together the rosemary, olive oil, and paprika.  Toss olive oil mixture with other ingredients in mixing bowl.

Serves 4
